The Mühlviertel expertise reflected in our products is valued worldwide. Nearly 270 employees are now pouring their heart and soul into GÖWEIL products and their marketing. Our team spans more than 25 professional fields.

Production
Do you love hands-on work and enjoy getting your hands dirty?
We’re sure to have an exciting challenge for you in our production department. As a production employee, you’ll be directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the machines. We like to know what’s in our products, which is why we place a high value on in-house production.
From welded or turned components to hydraulic systems and machine controls, we develop everything in-house whenever possible.
Our plant has state-of-the-art equipment; in our machine shop, for example, we use lasers and welding robots. We’re always on the cutting edge of technology, which makes the work especially enjoyable.

Product Development
Are you a creative thinker with a knack for technology who enjoys tinkering?
In our engineering department, you will be responsible for the further development of our high-quality products. We are also always looking for reliable employees to help us create our Operating Instructions and handle quality assurance.

Materials Management
The flow of materials must always be maintained to ensure smooth production. This requires conscientious colleagues in receiving and quality control, order fulfillment and shipping, as well as production planning and purchasing.

Customer Service
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Especially when there’s a problem with the machine, it’s important to quickly resolve the issue for customers and reassure them. To this end, we rely on reliable, knowledgeable staff members in our service team, whether on-site or over the phone.

Taster Internship
Get a feel for what your dream apprenticeship involves by participating in a 1- to 3-day trial apprenticeship and see for yourself if it’s the right fit for you.
The trial apprenticeship is a prerequisite for being awarded an apprenticeship position.

Shortened Apprenticeship
For the apprenticeship programs in mechanical engineering and mechatronics, it is possible to complete training in these fields over a period of 2½ years. To do so, one must complete an agricultural vocational and technical school that follows the “Agriculture and Economics” curriculum.
The combined model allows you to earn two full-fledged vocational degrees in five and a half years. This model is ideal for you if, in addition to your agricultural training, you’re also interested in pursuing technical training.
An overview of all the requirements for the accelerated apprenticeship program:
- Attendance at a three-year agricultural vocational and technical school (e.g., Hagenberg Training Center)
- Completion of a one-month internship in the desired apprenticeship field during the 3rd grade at the agricultural vocational and technical school
- Attendance in the first year of vocational school (10 weeks) for the respective apprenticeship program, beginning as early as the third year of agricultural school.
Apprenticeship period: 2 ½ years
