G3010 Farmer | Round bale wrapper
The G3010 Farmer is a round bale wrapper with remote control and combines efficiency and comfort. The adjustable hydraulic articulated drawbar and compact design allow the wrapping machine to be transported with almost any towing vehicle. The integrated motor and ease of operation make the G3010 Farmer the ideal wrapper for one-man operation.

Design
The G30 series wrappers are particularly notable for their low working height. The wrapper’s robust and sturdy design and workmanship guarantee a long service life.
Wrapping arm with film pre-stretcher
The wrapping arm is equipped with a film pre-stretcher that can accommodate 750 mm rolls of film. Three patented plastic rollers provide for uniform stretching. This saves film and guarantees tightly wrapped and airtight bales. What is more, the rollers are not sensitive to temperature. The quick-release system makes it possible to change empty rolls quickly and effortlessly.
Rotating wrapping arm with stationary wrapping table
This system reliably prevents the bale from falling off as it is not subjected to any kind of centrifugal forces. While the conveyor belts ensure continuous rotation of the bale, the two rotating bale guide rollers (up to four, optional) hold the bale in place. This ensures that the film has an even overlap. When performing the bale deposit, the wrapping table tilts to the side and the bale is gently set down next to the machine.
Film cutter
The stainless steel knife guarantees that the film will be cut cleanly and precisely. At the same time, the film is fixed in place by the cutter lever. Shortly after the wrapping process begins, the standard float position ensures that the wrapping films will unwind easily.
Control unit with hand lever
The control unit and the levers come in particularly handy during maintenance and service operations. They make it possible to control all functions and processes directly at the machine. This means that the operator can simply leave the handset in the tractor cab.
Drawbar & Axle
The G3010 Farmer and Profi machines are towed and turned off in the work position using the hydraulically adjustable lift axle and articulated drawbar. Thanks to their low profile, the wrappers can be easily loaded with a forklift. A front-loading washer is not required.
Film Storage
When working long days, you need to make sure that you have enough film. The G3010 Farmer can carry up to four rolls of film, and the G3010 Profi can carry up to 16 rolls. The brackets are mounted on the rear of the wrapper at a comfortable working height.
