G4010 Q Profi | Square bale wrapper
The key distinguishing features of the stationary round and square bale wrapper G4010 Q Profi are the twin wrapping arm and the fully automatic PROFI program control. This bale wrapper makes it possible to wrap square bales with a length of up to two meters. One feature that comes in particularly handy is the ability to wrap double bales. This feature increases performance and cuts down film consumption by up to 20%. Another major advantage the G4010 Q Profi round and square bale wrapper has to offer is the capacity to wrap both square and round bales.

Secure bale Guiding
The roller tubes arranged on both sides are connected to each other by control rods. This results in forced control which, in conjunction with the conveyor belt, produces a clamping effect on the bale. The wrapper is able to guide the bale securely even with rectangular bale dimensions. A quick adjustment can adapt the belt length to different bale dimensions.
Control system PROFI
A genuine highlight is the user-friendly and easy-to-use program control PROFI. The process steps are carried out fully automatically . All functions and parameters can also be set manually.

The wide, continuous belt guarantees uniform wrapping of each and every bale – even if it is misshapen.

The square bale wrapper comes standard with a water-cooled 17.5 kW KUBOTA diesel engine equipped with a battery, alternator, hour meter, and electric starter, as well as a hydraulic system.
