This trailed machine G4020 Q Profi with twin wrapping arm and bale pick-up is the machine that delivers the highest possible professional performance of any square bale wrapper. Thanks to the PROFI program control, the execution of all cycles is fully automatic. guaranteeing stress-free operation.
Highlights
Secure bale Guiding
The roller tubes arranged on both sides are connected to each other by control rods. This results in forced control which, in conjunction with the conveyor belt, produces a clamping effect on the bale. The wrapper is able to guide the bale securely even with rectangular bale dimensions. A quick adjustment can adapt the belt length to different bale dimensions.
Control system PROFI
A genuine highlight is the user-friendly and easy-to-use program control PROFI. The process steps are carried out fully automatically . All functions and parameters can also be set manually.
Continuous belt
The wide, continuous belt guarantees uniform wrapping of each and every bale – even if it is misshapen.
Hydraulic Bale Pick-Up
With the hydraulic bale Pick-Up for square and round bales, the bales are picked up on the right side as the machine moves forward.
