The three-point linkage round bale wrapper is the ideal wrapping machine for customers with smaller bale counts per year. The G3010 impresses with its uncomplicated, efficient operation and can be optionally equipped with a bale pick-up.

Design
The G30 series wrappers are particularly notable for their low working height. The wrapper’s sturdy and robust design and workmanship ensure a long service life.
Wrapping arm with film pre-stretcher
The wrapping arm is equipped with a film pre-stretcher that can accommodate 750 mm rolls of film. Three patented plastic rollers provide for uniform stretching. This saves film and guarantees tightly wrapped and airtight bales. What is more, the rollers are not sensitive to temperature. The quick-release system makes it possible to change empty rolls quickly and effortlessly.
Rotating wrapping arm with stationary wrapping table
This system reliably prevents the bale from falling off as it is not subjected to any kind of centrifugal forces. While the conveyor belts ensure that the bale rotates continuously, the two rotating bale guide rollers (up to four, optional) hold the bale in place. This ensures that the film has an even overlap. When performing the bale deposit, the wrapping table tilts to the side and the bale is gently placed next to the machine.
Film cutter
The stainless steel knife guarantees that the film will be cut cleanly and precisely. At the same time, the film is fixed in place by the cutter lever. Shortly after the wrapping process begins, the standard float position ensures that the wrapping films will unwind easily.
Control unit with hand lever
The control unit and the levers come in particularly handy during maintenance and service operations. They make it possible to control all functions and processes directly at the machine. This means that the operator can simply leave the handset in the tractor cab.
Drive Types
In the basic model, the wrapper is powered by the tractor. Upon request, the G3010 wrapper can be equipped with an external drive motor. You can choose between a PTO drive, an electric drive (4 kW engine), or a gasoline engine (8.2 kW) with a battery, electric starter, and hydraulic system.
Bale pick-up
The G3010 wrapper can be equipped with a hydraulic bale Pick-Up as an option. By adjusting the lifting fork, it is possible to pick up the bale while moving forward or backward.
