When are the factory tours held?
Guided tours are held only once a week, on Tuesdays or Thursdays, at the following times:
Morning with a meal: 10:00 a.m. / Morning without breakfast: from 9:30 a.m.
Afternoon with lunch: 12:30 p.m. / Afternoon without lunch: from 1:00 p.m.
Is there a dress code for the tour?
To participate in a guided tour, you must wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes
How long does a guided tour last?
For a factory tour without a meal, you should plan on spending about 2.5 hours.
Is the tour of the plant accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, our tour is generally accessible. However, we ask that you let us know when you register
At which location is there a factory tour?
Guided tours are available only at our production facility at Gewerbepark 6, 4261 Rainbach im Mühlkreis.

General Visitor Policies
During the factory tour at GÖWEIL, you’ll get to see the individual manufacturing processes, our production facilities, and the materials we use, all while production is in full swing. To ensure your safety, we expressly ask that you comply with the following provisions:
- Entry to the entire plant premises is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children, and teachers are responsible for their students.
- The maximum number of 50 people must not be exceeded.
- You must wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes.
- You must wear a safety vest during the tour.
- Visitors must not stray from the designated paths or leave the group.
- Instructions from the guide, site managers, and GÖWEIL employees must be followed immediately. Any injuries or property damage that occur must be reported to the guide immediately.
- Touching objects, materials, or machinery is strictly prohibited.
- Headsets and high-visibility vests must be returned in full after the tour.
- During the factory tour, smoking or handling open flames is prohibited on the entire company premises.

- For safety reasons, individuals who are clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc., may not participate in the tour.
- Pay attention to audible and visual warning signals.
- If there are people in your group who have difficulty walking, please indicate this when registering.
